I agree that by signing and dating that I have read this waiver, that I am knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waiving my rights, and that of my representatives, to bring or maintain any action against the Oregon State Fair Expo Center; and/or members officers, employees, agents, managers of Gypsy & Drum Horses West Club; Northwest Miniature Horse Club; and Horse Show Manager Rinda Pullen and her employees; and any representatives that coordinate and oversee the Mt Hood Show, their farms; their family members; the volunteers and their families; and any officials at the show.

I agree by my signature that the released parties shall not be liable for my injury and/or death; my minor child's injury/or death; or a minor child's [entered by a non family member with agreement of a parent] injury/or death; and any damage or theft of my property; including my horse. And any mental anguish.

The Equine inherent risk laws in the State of Oregon.

30.691. Limitations on liability; exceptions.

(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section and in ORS 30.693, an equine activity sponsor or an equine professional shall not be liable for an injury to or the death of a participant arising out of riding, training, driving, grooming or riding as a passenger upon an equine and, except as provided in subsection (2) of this section and ORS 30.693, no participant or participant's representative may maintain an action against or recover from an equine activity sponsor or an equine professional for an injury to or the death of a participant arising out of riding, training, driving, grooming or riding as a passenger upon an equine.
