A Meeting time will be fit in at the Mt Hood Show on Saturday May 30th, 2015, for the convenience of all in attendance for the weekend.
It will be in later afternoon; or in the evening at the gathering for social time & the pizza feed & raffle.

To minimize the pressure of "meetings" in everyone's busy lives,
gatherings and meetings are scheduled in conjucnction with other activities whenever possible. Let's have fun and not stress.
Sep 4th, 2015: Western Regional at Oregon State Fairgrounds
A Meeting time will be fit in between the 4 o'clock hr & start of the evening session on Friday, September 4th, 2015. At this time we will have some High point presentations and the silent auction fundraising for the club & the Mt Hood Show for 2016.
